Erin lives in the Los Angeles area where she is strategist and founder of Happy Home, for divorced mothers. Prior to that, she was a Senior Change Architect at RS Tipton, a professional services organization focused on transformational change. For many years, Erin lived in Denver, Colorado, where she was the Executive Director of Building Bridges, a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping young people with the communication and leadership skills necessary to combat hatred and discrimination. Erin is a 2001 Mitchell Scholar. She received a Master's Degree in Peace and Development Studies from the University of Limerick. Having studied International Affairs as an undergraduate at the University of Colorado, Erin was interested in examining the Northern Ireland conflict. Erin obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
