Traci resides in Cleveland, Ohio and is General Counsel at FarmTogether which allows for investment in farmland. Prior to that, she was Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance at Victory Capital, a multi-boutique asset management firm, with more than $33 billion in assets under management.

Traci is a 2001 Mitchell Scholar. She was one of the first students to receive an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Traci was particularly interested in studying the nature of the defenses allowed in the post conflict tribunals in Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia. She thoroughly enjoyed the content of her course as well as the experience of studying with a community of international students in Ireland.

Traci obtained her undergraduate degree from Case Western University.
