Daniel is Co-Chief Investment Officer at WS Development, one of the country’s largest privately owned retail development firms. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Daniel worked as a lawyer in the fund group of the international law firm, Goodwin Procter. The bulk of his time was spent setting up venture capital funds that invest in start-up companies. He also did pro bono work on behalf of a non profit organization seeking to increase the level of savings amongst low income households. Daniel is a 2007 Mitchell Scholar. He received an MA in Journalism from Dublin City University. Following the completion of his studies, he worked for the BBC in Belfast researching and producing radio documentaries and online features. Daniel's journalism skills are in constant use in his legal career. Being a Mitchell Scholar gave Daniel a firm commitment to having part of his life involved in public service in either the commercial, non profit or government spheres. Daniel obtained his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth.
