Jonathan is Principal Customer Success Consultant: Public Sector at Qualtrics. After finishing his commitment to the Navy in June 2020 he worked as Business and Investment Capital Manager for

Maine's Department of Economic and Community Development. During his final months of service in the Navy, he played a crucial role in the development of protocol and policy designed to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 on the Navy's logistics and support fleet.

Jonathan credits studying in Cork with allowing him to develop a better sense of who he is and how he views international affairs. His experience has taught him to look at international affairs from a global perspective, as well as from an American perspective. This helped him in making decisions and taking stances on issues as part of his role as an officer in the Navy.

A 2014 Mitchell Scholar, Jonathan received a MBS in International Public Policy and Diplomacy, Education and National Security from University College Cork.

Jonathan obtained his undergraduate degree from the US Naval Academy.
