Gavin Landgraf is an attorney at Cooper & Kirk in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Neomi Rao of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Gavin earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he received the William T. Ketcham, Jr. Prize for the best paper in conflict of laws. Before and during law school, he served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Scout Sniper Platoon Commander, reaching the rank of Captain. He graduated first in his class of 350 Marine Officers at Officer Candidates School.

Gavin was a 2016 Mitchell Scholar at University of Galway, receiving an M.Sc. in Natural Resource Economics and Policy. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Claremont McKenna College, where he was Student Body President, a Seaver Scholar, and the recipient of the Berger Prize for Outstanding Senior Man..
