Theodore is a research fellow, Department of Economics and the National Bureau of Economic Research at Harvard University and is doing his Ph.D in Economics at MIT.
finished his year at York University as Working with Dr. Amanda Pallais at Harvard, he assists with research projects related to labor market performance and educational investment decisions among disadvantaged and socially excluded groups.
He was a 2018 Mitchell Scholar and obtained an MPH degree at UCC. Theo will next research public health and health care services at the University of York in England and then as a Ph.D. student at MIT.
Theodore is interested in the factors that contribute to drug and alcohol addiction. Theo served as a White House research assistant in the Office of National Drug Control Policy. He has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals.
A Pennsylvania native, Theo served on local, state, and national boards that address substance use issues and recently interned in the office of U.S. Senator Pat Toomey, where he created analytical reports evaluating the opioid epidemic.
Theo obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
